How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 48-96 working hours from the time the order is placed for products in stock (only for peninsular deliveries; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). All shipments will be made by the transport company Tourline and TXT.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to inform you.
Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the delivery address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be free on purchases over 79,95€ (only for peninsular deliveries; Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded).

Can I request the delivery of an order outside the Peninsula?

At the moment this option is not available. But you can contact us at comercial@notex.es and we will try to find the best way to deliver your order.

What happens if I am not at the address I gave when the courier comes to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery date. This delivery can be made to the delivery address you gave us or to one of the carrier’s offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and we will refund you the amount of the order minus the shipping costs and the cost of returning the package.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?

REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

To return an item, we offer you two options: either through our transport company Tourline or TXT, or through any other transport company (e.g. Seur, Nacex, etc.) if it is more convenient for you.

If you choose to do so through Tourline or TXT, the return will be free of charge for you if MICRONOTEX S.L. is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
Otherwise, you will have to bear the cost of the return.

Option 1 → Via our transport company Tourline.
The steps to follow are as follows:

1. Send us an email to comercial@notex.es indicating in the subject “return order no. XX”. It is very important that you include the order number in the subject or body of the email, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

2. Prepare your package for return using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and without having been used.

3. As soon as we receive it, we will request the collection of the package from our transport company Tourline or TXT.

4. We will then confirm the date and place of collection, and we will send you a delivery note which you must attach to the box.
You must facilitate the collection within a maximum of 4 working days from the date we receive the return request.

5. Once received in our warehouses, we will check that the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its complete original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same way in which you made the payment.

Option 2 → Via a Tourline office or any other carrier.
The steps to follow are as follows:

1. Send us an email to comercial@notex.es indicating in the subject “return order no. XX”. It is very important that you include the order number in the subject or body of the email, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

2. Prepare your package for return using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and without having been used. The delivery address you have to indicate on the package is: MICRONOTEX S.L. C/ Chile, 7. Pol. Ind. La Serreta, 30500 Molina de Segura (MURCIA)

3. Take it to the transport agency of your choice.

4. Once received in our warehouse, we will check that the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same way in which you made the payment.
Remember that in this case you will have to assume the cost of the return. Returns will not be accepted carriage forward.

Please note that we cannot make size or colour changes, so if you need to exchange an item for another, we will refund you the price of the item minus the shipping and return costs and you can make a new purchase in our online shop.

In the event that MICRONOTEX S.L. is the cause of a return (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) the return must be made through Tourline or TXT and in this case the return costs will be free of charge.

MICRONOTEX S.L. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements described above.

Can I make a return in shop?

This is not possible at the moment. We ask you to choose either of the two options we offer you: through our transport company Tourline or through Correos or any other carrier, if it is more convenient for you.
What is the deadline for a refund?
The maximum period you have to send us the return form is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

If the return is made through our transport company Tourline or TXT and MICRONOTEX S.L. is responsible for the return. (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.), the return will be free of charge for you.
If the reason for the return is unrelated to MICRONOTEX S.L. you will have to assume the costs of the return.
In both cases the shipment will be under your responsibility until it reaches our warehouses.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (when we check that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same condition in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their complete original packaging) you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the crediting of your credit card or PayPal account always depends on your bank.
The amount credited will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.
The transport costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded when MICRONOTEX S.L. is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) and in case of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal from their order. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by means of any type of unequivocal statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do so by sending an e-mail to comercial@notex.es
In this case, we will proceed to refund the amount paid (including shipping and return costs) and collect the order following the procedure indicated above.
